How do you do the massive change of the dock? I mean the long black bar, the orange stripe below it and the rest? I'm new to OSX modding and i'm just able to change icons so far, i would like to go into more heavy modding like the ones in your gallery. Any tips?

(oh, i also like that Firefox theme :) )
